Landed with a 23 knot crosswind, at 50ft, we had a sudden windsheer after the continue call was made, LRM reported -401 with ACARS reporting -401 and projectFLY reported -399, it was a high landing rate due to sudden windsheer, will file this flight as I think it should be okay due to it only passing the limit of -400 by 1fpm.rnrnActive sky was active and there was moderate to heavy turbulance through out the takeoff, flight and landing.rnrnplease allow this landing.rnrnWill undertake crosswind and turbuance landing practice for future landings.
