I used a fuel planner. It was wrong. Speedometer stopped working after a certain altitude and started working later. The auto throttle and hold speed were on but clearly they were not working. This explains the fuel consumption and overspeed.

n/p check pitot heat make sure its on when cruising high

pc your fuel was ok it's good to have fuel than run out of fuel lol in case you have to do go arounds its called reserves
